Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or return for each order.
Each order is custom and prepared on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund as long as the defect is reported within 45 days.
If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.
No refund will be given if a product is ordered, processed, or shipped but has not yet been received.
